We produce a small batch of collection and hence we do not exchange or accept any returns just because the reason being “I do not like this product anymore”.

In light of the recent ongoing COVID 19 pandemic, we do not accept any returns unless the product is damaged during the postal transit. This step is necessary for the health security of both parties. Please bear with us with these temporary measures.

Damage
Please notify us within two days of receiving a damaged or hampered product and return it to us within 5 days. Once we receive the product, the offer exchange can be of a product of same or higher price value and no cash returns. The shipping cost of returning the item will be borne by the customer. We will bear the expenses of the transit of the product post repair.
We do not do any customisation or alteration.
